Idea to Reality
I have not been posting because– I had an idea–what I thought was a good idea–and until all the details were complete–and a spreadsheet was drawn up–I felt that I had best wait before blogging about it! It is in effect as of this evening. The Beadzonline Virtual Bucks Program–my way of saying Thank You to customers.

I will say this: It is a permanent part of Beadzonline–no ending dates.
How did I come up with this? I have been reading marketing books–and one paragraph, about employee retention programs oddly enough, resonated within me and sparked this idea. The name came first and then how to create the program and make it work .
I don’t expect a magical influx of customers–but when the first ones start receiving an actual benefit from shopping with me, I am hoping word of mouth will take over then–and in this cyber age, that could work really well!
Next, I will go back to basics and get some new items up for sale!
